Join our team in Hartville, Ohio, as a Welder! We’re seeking a skilled and dependable welder to fill a full-time, on-site role at a reputable manufacturing company. If you have experience with welding and are looking for a steady position, this could be the perfect fit for you.

This opportunity is with a well-established company specializing in manufacturing custom dump truck bodies. As a Welder, you’ll be fabricating and welding high-quality steel and aluminum components, reading detailed blueprints, and adhering to strict quality standards. Hours:
1st Shift, 1:05 PM – 5:05 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay:
$22.00 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld steel and aluminum components
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards
• Use measuring devices and fabrication tools accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of MIG welding experience with steel and/or aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficient in using measuring devices and fabrication tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• High School diploma or GED

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment fabrication
• Knowledge of advanced welding techniques / certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• At least 2 years of dedicated welding experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work from 1:05 PM to 5:05 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime if needed on Saturdays
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• On-site work at our Hartville facility
