When is payday?

Payday will always take place on a Friday. If a holiday falls on a payday, your funds will be deposited into your account the prior day.

I was supposed to be paid today, but I have not received my funds. What happens now?

Please contact your nearest branch location and they can look into this further. If you were supposed to be paid and the funds were not distributed, there may have been an issue with the direct deposit account information entered.
