Production Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our client's team in Brunswick, Ohio. This on-site role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment.

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling kits that include printed materials, merchandise, or food products (shelf stable, frozen, and refrigerated). The position emphasizes accuracy and productivity, with a focus on following instructions and working efficiently to meet daily goals.

Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (1st shift)

Pay:
$16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand-build kit assemblies including collation, insertion, and labelling of printed material, merchandise, or food products
• Follow verbal and written build instructions for various kits and packaging components
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
• Document actions and track time using online tracking tools
• Work independently, following established processes and procedures
• Process paperwork accurately and timely
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Adhere to all company policies and expected behaviors
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to operate measuring and testing devices such as scales and rulers
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• General computer skills (scanning, typing, basic navigation)
