Hours
1st Shift | 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Pay
$18.00 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate grinders, including stroke sanders and pneumatic grinders
• Grind or sand sharp edges and burrs to specifications
• Use belt, orbital, and other finishing tools efficiently
• Follow blueprints or work instructions carefully
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years of experience operating grinders and sanders
• Ability to grind and sand complex shapes and edges
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow blueprints
• Comfortable with physical tasks and heavy lifting

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with drilling, tapping, and welding studs
• Knowledge of pre-coating and finishing processes

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or metal finishing experience preferred

Other Requirements

• Energetic with a willingness to learn new techniques
• Able to work on-site during first shift hours
• Attention to safety and quality standards in manufacturing environment
