Electronics Quality Technician

Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Quality Technician to evaluate manufactured electronic products and assemblies to ensure they meet company and customer standards. This role involves hands-on testing, calibration, and documentation in a dynamic production environment. 

  • Location: Warren, OH 
  • Shift:  1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start time may vary and will be determined after the interview) 
  • Pay:  $18.00-$21.00/hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform verification and validation of electrical, electronic, and mechanical assemblies 

  • Adjust, calibrate, and align electronic and mechanical components as needed 

  • Maintain accurate and complete quality records 

  • Verify proper assembly and function of products against drawings and specifications 

  • Follow test specifications, procedures, and verbal instructions to ensure quality and performance 

  • Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment 

Requirements: 

  • Associate degree in electronics or equivalent hands-on electronics experience 

  • Working knowledge of multimeters, Ohm’s Law, and basic electronic components 

  • Proficiency with hand tools such as soldering irons, wire cutters/strippers, and screwdrivers 

  • Ability to read, understand, and apply written work instructions 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficient in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
