We are looking for a skilled CNC Router Operator in Boardman, Ohio. This is a full-time opportunity on first shift, ideal for someone with experience operating CNC machinery and a passion for quality work. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating a CNC router table to accurately cut materials according to work orders and specifications. Your role will include following instructions, selecting the right materials, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring the finished products meet quality standards. Hours:
1st Shift, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Pay:
$20.00 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload CNC equipment (Haas with Fanuc controls)
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to guide machining setup and inspection
• Operate CNC machinery in MDI mode
• Enter and run pre-set machine programs
• Minimize raw material waste by controlling offcuts
• Use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers, to verify part accuracy and quality
• Set up and change tooling as needed
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Communicate with programmers, production planners, and supervisors to maintain schedules and resolve issues
• Keep the work area clean and organized

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• 2+ years of CNC machine operation and setup experience
• Previous CNC or machine operation experience preferred (router experience a plus)
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in working with both imperial and metric systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience operating CNC routers specifically
• Knowledge of Haas machines with Fanuc controls
• Familiarity with engineering schematics and blueprints

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with CNC or similar manufacturing equipment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site at the Boardman, OH location
• Physical ability to handle lifting and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols
