Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (1st Shift)

Pay
$17.50 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members, providers, and clients
• Assist with health and disability plan claim inquiries
• Provide accurate information and support to resolve issues efficiently
• Document interactions thoroughly in company systems
• Assist with training new team members and cover various duties as needed

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Experience answering back-to-back phone calls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of medical terminology
• Positive attitude and cooperative work ethic
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience handling healthcare benefits inquiries
• Prior experience in claims resolution or customer education

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in customer service within health-related fields is a plus

Other Requirements

• Must be able to handle back-to-back calls efficiently
• Willingness to assist with training new hires and cover various duties as needed
• Ability to work on-site at our Uniontown location
