Extruder Operators

Extruder Operators: 

Our client, a well established manufacturing facility located in Brunswick, is seeking reliable and hardworking Extruder Operators to join their growing team. These roles are essential to supporting daily production operations and ensuring a safe, efficient, and high quality workflow. Candidates will be part of a team that values consistency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Shift: 

• Mon-Thurs 5am-3pm 

Pay: 

• $19 an hour

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate extrusion and milling equipment according to established procedures
• Monitor machinery, perform basic adjustments, and ensure consistent product quality
• Assist with material handling and general production tasks as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Minimum Requirements: 

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Prior experience operating Extruders and Mills is a plus but not a requirement 
• Comfortable with wearing a carbon filter mask when required 
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude 
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
• Commitment to following all safety procedures
