We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Technician to perform client-site servicing, repair, and installation of company products. This role is based in Warren, OH, and is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and customer interaction.

Hours: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Shift start time may vary slightly after interview)

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform client-site support including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Provide technical support on operational and maintenance issues
• Serve as the primary contact for customer service-related problems
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures
• Provide in-house service support when not traveling
• Support new product builds and quality control in the facility
• Prepare reports on product failure trends and service issues

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher in a technical field
• Ability to use hand tools for shipments and repairs
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Good proofreading, editing, and vocabulary skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• 2-4 years of related experience with products and applications, or equivalent education and experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with automation systems and control panels
• Knowledge of systems networking and software support

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Technical associate degree or higher
• 2+ years experience in field service or technical support roles

Other Requirements:

• On-site work at client locations in Warren, OH
• Physical ability to handle tools and equipment as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
