Metal Finishing Laborer
We are currently hiring for a Metal Finishing Laborer position in Canfield, Ohio! We’re looking for candidates with manufacturing experience who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to join a dynamic team. Forklift and crane experience are a plus.

Hours
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Start Time: 07:00 AM
• End Time: 04:00 PM
• Days of Week: Monday through Friday
Pay
• $19.04 per hour, depending on experience
• Shift differential on off shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Operate overhead crane and other machinery safely
• Machinery operation related to metal processing for various applications
• Assist with the finishing, cleaning, and coating of metal parts
• Use forklift to move materials and finished products
• Work with steel, coils, and other raw materials
Minimum Requirements
• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Nice to Have Skills
• Overhead crane experience
• Experience with steel and coil handling
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with machinery
Preferred Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience highly desired
Other Requirements
• Ability to work on-site daily
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform manual labor tasks
