Hours
1st Shift: 5:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, with overtime as needed

Pay
$18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including guns and ovens
• Set up and run powder coat lines, ensuring proper processing
• Mix coatings and perform chemical checks for quality assurance
• Check coating thickness with a mil thickness gauge
• Troubleshoot issues during the coating process
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work with hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of powder coating experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of operating and maintaining powder coat guns, ovens, and tanks
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve process issues
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and using various hand tools

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with industrial washers and baking ovens
• Knowledge of water disposal and safety protocols
• Background in quality inspection and inventory management

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in powder coating

Other Requirements

• Willing to work first shift, Monday through Thursday, 5:30 am – 3:30 pm
• Able to operate safely in an industrial environment and maintain equipment thoroughly
