Hours
First Shift – Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm

Pay
$14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble various packaging and shipping containers
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards
• Keep work area clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Support production goals by ensuring quality and timely output
• Set up and safely operate processing equipment
• Maintain proper documentation in line with ISO standards and company procedures
• Inspect parts to meet customer and internal quality expectations
• Ensure only high-quality parts are shipped

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Full mobility and physical ability to perform job duties

Nice to Have Skills

• Basic working knowledge of double action presses

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment

Other Requirements

• Steel-toed boots are required
• On-site work location in Salem, Ohio
