We are currently seeking motivated candidates with material handling experience for a company in Twinsburg, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a fabrication environment.

Join our team in Twinsburg, where you will support sheet metal fabrication by moving raw materials, packaging parts for shipment, and assisting with various production activities. This role offers steady work with a reputable employer and the chance to develop valuable skills in manufacturing.

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 4:30pm (On-site)

Pay:
$18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and move raw materials as needed for production
• Move and package finished products for shipment
• Perform part counting and kitting
• Perform general labor tasks to support sheet metal fabrication operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist team members with production activities such as grinding and part finishing
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Minimum Requirements:

• Forklift operation experience is required; certification preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing or fabrication required
• Experience with sheet metal grinding, polishing, or cutting preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to learn and adapt to various tasks

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with general fabrication processes such as grinding, polishing, and cutting

Other Requirements:

• On-site work only
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long durations
• No certifications required beyond forklift operation (certification preferred)
