Industrial Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift Weekend

This exciting role offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who have recently completed a trades program in high school or vocational school to gain hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment. 

In this position, you will diagnose mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, support changeovers, and collaborate with production and maintenance leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable equipment operation. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in mechanical maintenance and manufacturing systems.

Pay:

• $21-$24/based on experience

Hours:

• Friday–Sun, 5:00am–5:30pm 
• Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Required Skills:

• Vocational or trade school training in mechanical repair and maintenance
• Basic knowledge of presses, mills, hydraulics, welding, and general mechanical systems preferred
• Understanding of single and three-phase power
• Experience or knowledge of troubleshooting with hand/power tools Ability to read, write, and utilize basic Microsoft Office programs
• Strong commitment to safety standards and protocols
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electrical systems or automation
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance software
• Ability to support changeovers and equipment modifications
