Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Technician performs client-site servicing, repair and/or installation of company product(s).

  • Location: Warren, OH 
  • Shift:  1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start time may vary and will be determined after the interview) 
  • Pay: $17.00-$21.00/hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • This job may include any aspect of product field support, including system hardware and software, equipment, and systems networking.
  • Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment

  • Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
  • Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures.  
  • Provide in house service support to facility when not traveling. 
  • Support new build and quality control of new products in facility to support business need.
  • Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.

Requirements: 

  • Associate degree or better in a technical field.

  • Ability to use hand tools to pack shipments.
  • Must have good verbal skills. Must be a competent in proofreading, editing, spelling, composition and possess a good vocabulary.
  • Must be very well organized.
  • Two to four years related experience with products and applications; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
