MIG Welder
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder with experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment for an innovative manufacturing company in Cuyahoga Falls.

In this position you will be responsible for cutting, fitting, and welding metal components to fabricate high-quality components for food-grade quality oil management systems, including tanks, caddies, and custom assemblies.

Shift:

• 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

Pay:

• $21.00+/hour – Based on experience and skill level

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan welding tasks
• Select and operate MIG welding equipment based on job requirements
• Cut and prepare materials using saws and grinders
• Align and secure parts using measuring tools and clamps
• Perform MIG welding in various positions (flat, vertical, horizontal, overhead)
• Inspect welds and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Skilled with MIG welding equipment and techniques
• AWS MIG welding certification or completion of a technical program/apprenticeship preferred
• Proficient with hand and power tools (calipers, grinders, saws, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong understanding of metal properties and welding safety standards
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Good verbal and written communication skills
