As a Fiberglass Spray Tech, you’ll operate spray equipment, prepare molds, monitor application consistency, and assist with finishing tasks. This hands-on role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive manufacturing setting, contributing to important projects and growth.

Hours

Monday through Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM

Pay

$17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate fiberglass spray equipment to apply fiberglass and resin accurately
• Prepare molds and work areas for spray application
• Monitor spray thickness to ensure consistent coverage
• Perform basic adjustments on equipment
• Inspect finished parts for defects
• Assist with trimming, sanding, and finishing
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Past experience as a fiberglass sprayer, preferably with a chopper gun
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Basic mechanical skills
• Comfortable working independently or in a team

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience troubleshooting fiberglass spray equipment
• Additional safety or manufacturing certifications

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Over 1 year of fiberglass manufacturing experience, ideally with spray equipment and chopper guns

Other Requirements

• Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work safely and follow safety standards
• Team-oriented mindset
