Part-Time Light Maintenance/Janitorial
We are currently seeking candidates for a part-time Janitor position with light maintenance duties for a local manufacturer in Macedonia. 

In this position, you will perform janitorial and light maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the facility, as well as provide support for other building care needs.

Shift:

• 25–30 hours per week

Pay:

• $14.00 – $16.00/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning and building care in office and shop areas
• Cutting grass, mulching, raking, and blowing leaves
• Removing garbage and recycling
• Caring for plants around the building
• Assisting with sorting materials received
• Painting, changing light bulbs, mopping, sweeping, and pressure washing
• Performing light plumbing repairs
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Janitorial or facilities maintenance experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to perform both indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks
• Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Openness to instruction and willingness to assist where needed
