Looking to Update your Direct Deposit

When is payday?

Payday will always take place on a Friday. If a holiday falls on a payday, your funds will be deposited into your account the prior day.

I recently started working, when is my first pay check?

Employees are compensated weekly. Pay periods run from Monday through Sunday, with wages for hours worked during each period paid out on the following Friday.

My check looks incorrect, what should I do?

Please contact your local Employ-Temps Staffing Services branch and they will be happy to assist you further. Numbers for the branches are listed on the “Contact” tab on our website.

I was supposed to be paid today, but I have not received my funds. What happens now?

Please contact your nearest branch location and they can look into this further. If you were supposed to be paid and the funds were not distributed, there may have been an issue with the direct deposit account information entered. To ensure accuracy, please log in to your employee portal and confirm or update your account information. https://employdrive.myisolved.com/cloudservice

I lost the paycard Employ-Temps issued me, what should I do?

If you have lost your paycard, please contact NetSpend directly at 1-800-214-5483 to report the card as lost.

After the report is made, NetSpend can issue a replacement card via postal mail. If you need a card sooner, you may visit one of the nearest Employ-Temps offices, where a replacement card can be provided.

Once the new card is activated, your account balance from the lost card will be automatically synced to the replacement card.
