General Laborer
We are currently seeking General Labor candidates with a willingness to learn and the ability to lift repeatedly throughout the day for a customer in Columbiana, Ohio! Experience in a manufacturing environment is not required!
In this position, you will be working with a company that produces premium powder-coated products. Since 1996, they’ve built their business on a culture of innovation, quality, and excellent customer service.

Three Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift, Monday – Thursday, 5:00am-2:30pm (4 ten-hour shifts per week)
- 2nd Shift, Monday – Thursday, 2:00pm-12:30am (4 ten-hour shifts per week)
- 3rd Shift, Monday – Thursday, 7:00pm-5:30am (4 ten-hour shifts per week)
- Three-day weekend!
Pay:
- Temporary rate: $18.50 / hour
- Once hired past 90-Day Introductory Period: Base rate increases to $20.75 / hour
- Potential Earnings: With monthly bonus, full-time employees can earn between $21-$24 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive parts from a production line
- Hang parts for the powder coating process
- Prep parts for finishing
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift the parts (approximately 50 lbs) consistently
- Can stand / lift for 8+ hours a day
- Tolerable of a warm environment
