What kind of background checks do you provide?
Employ-Temps Staffing Services prides itself on providing our clients with outstanding pre-screened, pre-qualified candidates to help their companies grow. We take very seriously our responsibility and commitment in placing qualified employees. We conduct a national criminal background screen. Drug tests are administered at the request of each client. Our staffing professionals will conduct other forms of screening such as employment dates and reference checks to match the requirements of our client’s own employees. Skills tests are administered depending on job descriptions.

How often are the employees paid?
Employees are paid weekly via direct deposit. We are a regional company and pride ourselves on the flexibility to meet sudden client changes.

What Type of Information Will I Need to Give my Account Rep?
Your account rep will need a specific description of the job responsibilities and the skills you are seeking, as well as an estimate of the total length of time the employee will be needed. This ensures that we can select a candidate with the necessary skills who will be available for the duration of the project. Be sure to inform your account rep of any requirements that are unique to your organization, including policies regarding dress code, hours, lunch and overtime.

What If I am Not Satisfied with an employee?
We offer a service guarantee. If you are not satisfied, simply contact your account rep within the first four (4) hours of the assignment and we’ll send you a replacement. You will not be billed for the unsatisfactory hours.
